Please fill out before Thursday, August 13, 2026 to:
✔️ Update your student’s emergency contact information
✔️ Complete important authorizations (like including your child in the yearbook!)
✔️ Fill out key forms that help MVSD offer Free Breakfast & Lunch and other valuable programs

You need to have it all submitted and filled out in order to see who your child's teacher is for the upcoming school year!!
