Student Registration

Register Your Child at Baker

Are you new to the Mountain View School District? Come into the office and register your child for school.

 

When coming in, please bring the following information about your child and yourself:

  • Immunization Card (child)
  • Birth Certificate (child)
  • Proof of Residence (utility bills)

School office hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

  • Tarjeta de vacunas (child)
  • Acta de nacimiento (child)
  • Comprobante de domicilio (recibo de utilidades)

Horas de la oficina:  Lunes – Viernes, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
